We try to take the stress away by devoting our time totally to the property sale by to insure a speedy and successful result. We find it is important to continually liase with the client keeping them updated with regard to viewings and bids on the property. With regards to viewings all our viewings are accompanied by one of our experienced sale team.

Viewings can be done at any time to accommodate prospective purchasers, including outside of office hours(only with owners permission and prior notice). With Newry now having acquired City status and with the influx of the many multinational stores, the demand for commercial property has increased in recent times. Land Sales & Letting:

With a background in agriculture Mr Collins personally takes responsibility for land sales and lettings. Having worked closely with farmers in South Down and South Armagh over the years the office has established a strong rapport with them. Land sales in most cases have exceeded current valuations and indeed in some cases record prices per acre have been achieved. Property Valuation & Compulsory Purchase:

Over the years we have worked with Law firms and individuals providing professional property valuations. This may be done for many reasons e.g Marriage dissolution, Bank requirements, Capital gains tax, Assessment etc.Essentially however most of our valuations are solely to inform the owners of the current valuation of their properties. Where the properties are being offered for sale our valuations service is offered free. With the continuing development by the D.O.E of new and improved roads and services, Compulsory purchase is very much part of life in Northern Ireland. After years of drawing new house types and supervising the construction through to completion the drawing studio not only built by a wealth of experience, but now has at the touch of a button a vast array of various house types. Once gained outline planning permission for a client the department then works with the client, considering their requirements and pulling an effective full planning application together finely having their needs to suit D.O.E requirements.

A similar process is undertaken for development sites. However much more detail is involved with the end result to maximise client profitability.

In this case there are two main areas to consider:

  1. The site must be planned to ensure maximum unit capacity.
  2. House type must be designed to satisfy recent market trends in order to guarantee marketability.

Through the process from planning to sale we maintain constant supervision and liase with the relevant authorities.
